How enquiries and personal information are handled.
Who to contact
Creedsniper Commissions is Adam Robinson’s miniature-painting portfolio and hobby, based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Adam is responsible for the personal information used to handle enquiries. Contact enquiries@creedsnipercommissions.co.uk about your information or this notice.
What we collect and why
The form collects your name, email, optional TikTok username and the question or painting details you supply. Quote details can include the model, quantity, size, range, who supplies it, finish and colours. We create an enquiry reference and records needed to save the request and deliver its emails. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We use these details to answer you and prepare a quote. For requested quotes, our lawful basis is taking steps towards a contract at your request. For general questions, optional contact information and abuse prevention, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding and keeping the service reliable, balanced against your rights. Your email and enquiry details are needed for a reply. There is no marketing mailing list, automated commission decision or profiling.
The website does not upload reference files, accept payments or book a commission. Any reference-image sharing, quote, payment and commission agreement is arranged directly with Adam.
Who handles your information
Adam receives your enquiry by email, and you receive an acknowledgement. Adam manages his mailbox and email deletion. Foldmere provides website support and handles website faults and failed website emails, accessing information only as needed for those tasks.
We use Vercel for hosting, Neon for enquiry storage, Resend for automated messages, Zoho Mail for Adam’s inbox and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Hosting and security providers process technical request information. The application stores a keyed hash of the request address for rate limiting rather than the original address in its enquiry database; providers may still process the original address.
Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare also processes certain signals for its own security and service-improvement purposes. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information. We add no advertising analytics, embedded social feed or marketing signup. TikTok links lead to a separate service.
International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so information can be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Resend stores message content and delivery logs in the United States; choosing a European sending region does not change that storage location. Providers publish their processing and transfer arrangements, including contractual safeguards and UK transfer provisions where applicable: Vercel, Neon, Resend, Zoho and Cloudflare. Contact Adam for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry and how to obtain a copy.
How long we keep it
The website’s enquiry and email-delivery copies become eligible for deletion 30 days after submission. An hourly cleanup normally removes them on its next successful pass. An active delivery operation, outage or backlog can delay removal. Hashed abuse-counter windows become eligible for cleanup after one day. Deleting a website copy does not delete messages already delivered to you or Adam.
For enquiries that do not become commissions, Adam deletes the enquiry emails six months after the last contact, unless an issue remains unresolved. Where a commission is agreed, necessary correspondence and records are kept while needed to fulfil it, resolve an ongoing issue and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Unnecessary details should be removed when no longer needed.
Providers retain separate technical logs and backup copies under their service arrangements. Resend publishes 30-day email/log retention on its standard plans and seven-day backups; Zoho states that deleted service data can remain in encrypted backups for three months. Deletion from active storage does not mean every backup copy disappears immediately. Contact Adam about a deletion request covering these separate copies.
Your rights
You can ask Adam to access or correct your information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis.
You can raise a privacy concern with Adam using the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
